Momentum Mirror is a full-body statement mirror in cast bronze. It is Soo Joo Studio’s signature mirror; first made in 2021, its simple yet unique form has become representative of her studio. Its undulating frame is meticulously sculpted in wood with a rasp before being cast in bronze. Its timeless form has an innovative element of two intersecting mirrors. The form aims to capture the essence of nature, through a Korean perspective. Momentum Mirror II hangs on the wall with custom steel cleats, and can be installed vertically or horizontally.
